Electrically Conductive Epoxies

We offer a complete selection of advanced electrically conductive epoxy systems for microelectronic and optoelectronic applications. They are available as one component, pre-mixed and frozen, as well as two component systems. The curing cycles go from a slow cure at room temperature to a snap cure at 200°C.
